How long does the process take?
The length of the process from start to finish depends on the scope of the project and therefore varies from client to client. However, on average, the completion of employee benefit statements will range from 7 to 12 weeks.

What data transfer options are available?
Understanding that data confidentiality is of the utmost importance to our clients, BenComp uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) link to transfer data through our website. This SSL link is wholly encrypted between the web server and all browsers ensuring that all data transfers remain private and confidential from outside parties. Does BenComp coordinate all aspects of the project?
BenComp takes responsibility for the design, layout, copy, artwork, printing, production and distribution of your benefit communications program. Specific responsibilities are detailed in our proposal, service agreement, and timeline which is part of every project.

How does BenComp ensure accuracy of the final product?
BenComp has established a quality assurance process that starts at the beginning of the project and is applied to each activity and variable throughout the process.
